What Slavic means

We source hair exclusively from the Slavic regions. Countries include Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, along with select South Slavic origins such as Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Montenegro.

You will find fine and silky strands and you will also find coarse and high porosity fiber. You will see straight, wave, and true curl. We curate across this full spectrum and we preserve the natural pattern as we receive it.

Slavic does not mean only straight, fine, and blonde. It means an origin known for integrity, which is why we are adamant about singular donor sourcing, and a clear chain of custody

We log each ponytail as a singular unit with its own texture and porosity profile. Some pony’s love moisture and hold shape. Some pony’s are wilder by nature and refuse to shrink to make themselves smaller. We describe and identify each tail so you can match to client goals rather than forcing clients to bend to a narrow standard.
